Clear, straightforward terms for our 48-hour booking page service

Scope of Work

The 48-Hour Booking Pages service includes the design, development, and deployment of a single-page booking website tailored to your service business. This includes:

  • Custom design based on your brand and target audience
  • Mobile-responsive implementation
  • Integration with your booking platform (Calendly, Acuity, etc.)
  • Basic SEO optimization
  • Deployment to a live URL
  • Documentation for future updates

Timeline & Delivery

Your booking page will be delivered within 48 hours (two business days) of our intake call. The 48-hour countdown begins after we have all necessary information and assets from you.

If delivery is delayed beyond 48 hours for any reason within my control, you will receive a $100 credit applied to your final invoice.

Revisions

One round of revisions is included in both the Standard and Premium packages. This covers:

  • Content adjustments (text, images)
  • Layout tweaks
  • Color or font changes

Revisions that fundamentally change the design direction or scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be discussed before proceeding.

Payment Structure

Payment is split into two installments:

  • 50% deposit – Due before work begins
  • 50% final payment – Due upon delivery of the completed page

Accepted payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer. The final 50% must be paid before site ownership and credentials are transferred.

Ownership & Transfer

Upon final payment, you own all rights to the delivered booking page, including:

  • Source code and design files
  • All custom graphics or assets created for your page
  • Access credentials to hosting and deployment platforms

I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Refunds & Cancellations

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. However, if you are unsatisfied with the final delivered page and we cannot resolve issues through revisions, you may request a full refund of the final 50% payment.

If you wish to cancel the project after work has started but before delivery, the deposit is retained to cover time invested.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to provide:

  • All necessary business information during the intake call
  • Logo, brand colors, and any required assets within 24 hours of the intake call
  • Access to booking platforms or payment systems for integration
  • Timely feedback during the revision phase

Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery timeline, and the 48-hour guarantee may not apply.

Hosting & Maintenance

The Standard and Premium packages include initial deployment to a platform like Vercel or Netlify (free tier). Ongoing hosting and domain costs are your responsibility.

Post-launch maintenance, updates, or technical support are available on an hourly basis at $97/hour.

Limitation of Liability

While I strive for excellence, I am not liable for any lost revenue, missed bookings, or indirect damages resulting from the use or performance of your booking page. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
